In windows.yml (build-msvc), cache and configure ccache via\n   CMAKE_VS_GLOBALS (CLToolExe\u003dcl.exe, CLToolPath, TrackFileAccess\u003dfalse,\n   UseMultiToolTask\u003dtrue) so Visual Studio 2026 builds cache translation\n   units across runs just like build-mingw.\n\n2. In linux.yml, cache the extracted libcudss archive with\n   actions/cache@v4, matching the mold cache and windows.yml.\n\n3. In macos.yml, set HOMEBREW_NO_AUTO_UPDATE\u003d1 and\n   HOMEBREW_NO_INSTALL_CLEANUP\u003d1 to avoid redundant Homebrew index\n   updates and post-install cleanups on every job.\n\n4.
