  "message": "Fix constant parameter handling in inner iterations.\n\nThere was a bug in the way RemoveFixedBlocksFromProgram was working.\nIt only removed the constant parameter blocks from the\nlinear_solver_ordering, it was not even aware of the\ninner_iteration_ordering.\n\nThis change fixes this bug. The code for RemoveFixedBlocksFromProgram\nis also cleaned up and made more readable and the test have been updated.\n\nThanks to Mikael Persson for reporting this.\n\nChange-Id: I454fa89f9b6f4f6320b02d5235e6f322cc15ff51\n",
