  "message": "Install a software bill of materials\n\nThe license obligations of a Ceres build depend on the optional\ndependencies it links against. Notices in the license file or in the\nconfiguration output have been suggested to convey these obligations,\nbut such notices cannot be processed by license compliance tooling. A\nsoftware bill of materials in the standard SPDX format is the\nestablished means for this purpose.\n\nInstall an SPDX SBOM describing the package, its license and the linked\nlibraries when CMake supports it.
