  "message": "Enable SuiteSparse in Github workflows\n\nSince SuiteSparse support became opt-in, the CI workflows still install\nSuiteSparse but no longer enable it. As a result, the SuiteSparse\nsolvers and single precision CHOLMOD factorization were silently\nexcluded from all CI builds, even with a recent SuiteSparse release\navailable.
