Add TBB threading support. There are platforms where OpenMP is not available. This patch adds support for Intel Threading Building Blocks (TBB) as an alternative threading backend. Change-Id: I94497d7cba0c3cfaccfc992169236f17fe948ae9
Ceres Solver is an open source C++ library for modeling and solving large, complicated optimization problems. It is a feature rich, mature and performant library which has been used in production at Google since 2010. Ceres Solver can solve two kinds of problems.
