Refactor CreateRandomCompressedRowSparseMatrix Move it to compressed_row_sparse_matrix.h/cc for upcoming re-use. Also clean up the tests for ComputeOuterProduct so that they do not depend on CXSparse anymore and use Eigen instead. This also makes the test simpler and shorter. Ceres Solver is an open source C++ library for modeling and solving large, complicated optimization problems. It is a feature rich, mature and performant library which has been used in production at Google since 2010. Ceres Solver can solve two kinds of problems.
