Fix an exact equality test causing breakage in gradient_checker_test. Also clang-format the file to fix some accumulated cruft. Change-Id: Icf41e3f864a4fe925426477893602b50ff2131f4
Ceres Solver is an open source C++ library for modeling and solving large, complicated optimization problems. It is a feature rich, mature and performant library which has been used in production at Google since 2010. Ceres Solver can solve two kinds of problems.
