Restructure the documentation. 1. Split into two parts - Tutorial & Reference. 2. Reference is split into Modeling and Solving. 3. Build instructions now mention CXSparse. Change-Id: Id67fa1134f3fc2b2cea9ccf2f32d5b16d435ba6e
