Guard parallel_for_nothreads with CERES_NO_THREADS. - Raised as issue #384. Change-Id: I72954d93ce3f27b58b719b28b766c7c0e7a6faf6
Ceres Solver is an open source C++ library for modeling and solving large, complicated optimization problems. It is a feature rich, mature and performant library which has been used in production at Google since 2010. Ceres Solver can solve two kinds of problems.
