Revert "Optimization for custom small blas multiplication with dynamic" This reverts commit 68cc71ce5d7ce58751343ccf9cb5aec6dcd60f8e. Reason for revert: Breaks a number of tests. Change-Id: I543eaf2103e9903e9026a1fcc2c0bf517d971190
Ceres Solver is an open source C++ library for modeling and solving large, complicated optimization problems. It is a feature rich, mature and performant library which has been used in production at Google since 2010. Ceres Solver can solve two kinds of problems.
