Adds missing functional include in thread_pool.h Fixes a build error when building with CXX11_THREADS=ON. Change-Id: I5828dc408261c88a93745c2ade0b8da740a68e54
Ceres Solver is an open source C++ library for modeling and solving large, complicated optimization problems. It is a feature rich, mature and performant library which has been used in production at Google since 2010. Ceres Solver can solve two kinds of problems.
